Quotation request

There is no charge for accommodation for children aged 12 and under sharing the room with at least one adult.  If the room is shared with a single adult, the single rate applies to the adult. It is possible for a child and a baby (under three years old) to share a room with two adults.  

  

* The triple room accommodates three adults.  

** The family room only applies to a family, i.e.: two adults and two (or three) children   

It is possible to have three children in a bedroom. The family rooms are actually two adjacent rooms, connected by a terrace.  

  

There is an additional hotel tax of 150 CFP  per person.  

    

Two nights minimum stay required.  

  

Payment conditions:  

Deposit of 30% at the time of reservation  

  

Cancellation conditions:   

From 30-50 working days: 30% of total booked amount,  

From 15-30 working days: 50% of total booked amount,  

Less than 15 working days: 75% of total booked amount  

Less than 48 hours before guests’ arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of total booked amount.

These rates are valid per room per day and include taxes.

Government accommodation tax (earmarked for promotion of tourism): 5%

Restaurant tax: 10%

VAT on accommodation: 5%

Service charge tax: 3%

VAT on transfers: 10%
